Do I need a prescription?
You will require a prescription from your family doctor or specialist to prescribe your orthotic/prosthetic treatment. Most funding agencies also will require a doctor’s prescription to be submitted with funding applications. After your assessment, we can provide a prescription template with appropriate wording to take to your doctor to get signed.
