Jordan Schwartz, M.Sc.
Jordan is completing his prosthetics residency at Hodgson Orthopedic Group. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alberta. Jordan recently graduated with distinction from BCIT’s Prosthetics and Orthotics program where he received the Mabel and Arnet Pentland Graduating Achievement Award. He is currently in the process of completing a Masters in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University.
Jordan is excited about incorporating evidence from current research into practice, as well as contributing to this body of evidence with research projects. An investigative mind and desire to understand ‘why’ allows Jordan to problem solve with patients in order to help them achieve their goals. Jordan is also passionate about adapted sports, encouraging everyone to be active no matter their skill and ability level.
Jordan is a hockey fanatic, cheering for the Edmonton Oilers through thick and thin. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, hiking, and taking advantage of the sunshine at the beach.
