Custom Baby Helmets
If your baby has been diagnosed with a head shape difference, you are in the right place. We provide custom cranial remoulding helmets to gently guide your infant’s head shape, treating conditions like plagiocephaly and brachycephaly, often referred to together as flat head syndrome.
Our orthotists work closely with specialists, including the BC Children’s Hospital Plagiocephaly Clinic and Neurosurgery, to support the most comprehensive treatment plan for your baby. Using digital scanning and in-clinic fabrication, most babies need only one helmet for their full treatment journey.
Pediatric Upper & Lower Orthotics
Children and teens grow quickly, stay active, and have unique needs that go beyond a standard brace. Our orthotists design custom upper and lower limb orthoses that support function, encourage healthy development, and keep pace with your child’s growth.
We work alongside parents, physicians, and other specialists to design a device your child can comfortably wear through school, sports, and everyday play.

Pediatric Neck & Torso Bracing
Some children need additional support for their neck or torso, whether due to muscle tightness, postural conditions, or developmental needs. Our orthotists design custom bracing to support healthy alignment and comfortable movement.
We take the time to involve your family in the process, so you understand the purpose of the brace and feel confident helping your child adjust to it.
Pediatric & Adolescent Scoliosis Bracing
Hearing that your child has scoliosis can bring up a lot of emotions and questions. Our goal is to help you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Orthotic treatment for kids and teens is designed to prevent the spinal curve from progressing and support healthy, linear growth. We use 3D scanning and CAD-CAM modelling to design a custom brace built around your child’s unique spinal curve, and we work in close partnership with The ScoliClinic and current SOSORT research guidelines to support the best possible outcome.
